About Your Subscription

How do I subscribe to Kenko Meals?

The subscription is available for all products, except the Try-it box. On the product page, you only need to select the "subscription" option, before adding your product to the cart. You will have to choose your orders frequency (every 1 month, 2 months or 3 months).

How can I log in to manage my subscription?

We do not currently offer the option to manage your subscription yourself, but it's even better since we take care of everything! Simply write to us at info@kenkomeals.com to get information on your subscription or to make any changes and it will be our pleasure to help you!

I have a subscription. How do I know when I will receive my next order?

The payment for your next order will be taken on the same date as your 1st subscription order, but one month, two months or three months later, depending on the frequency chosen. 


For example, if your 1st order was on September 25 and you chose to receive meals every two months, payment for your 2nd order will be automatically taken on November 25.


Depending on delivery times, you should then receive your order within 2-7 business days.


If you are not sure when your last order was, you can look for your order confirmation email or write to us at info@kenkomeals.com and we will be happy to confirm the date of your next order.


I will soon run out of Kenko Meals and my next order is too far away. What can I do?

You can move forward the date of your order at any time. Simply write to us at info@kenkomeals.com. This will also change the date of subsequent orders.

My order date is approaching, but I still have plenty of Kenko Meals, what can I do?

You can skip an order at any time. Simply write to us at info@kenkomeals.com. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the date of your next order.

I want to change the flavors of my order / the quantities ordered. What can I do? 

Simply write to us at info@kenkomeals.com for any change you want to make. If you want a different flavor each month, just send us a little email once a month to let us know the next flavor(s) you want. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the date of your next order.

I want to cancel my subscription. What can I do? 

Simply write to us at info@kenkomeals.com. We really appreciate it when you tell us the reasons for your cancellation as it helps us improve our offering, but we will not try to convince you to keep a subscription you no longer want. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the date of your next order.
